Donna and Samantha have extensive knowledge of construction accounting and exclusively work within that industry.
Donna Caswell is a long-time veteran in construction accounting, having worked in the industry in a variety of different capacities for more than 20 years. These include working as a financial manager, trainer, certified consultant and business coach, which is her primary role as the President and CEO of On Track Business Management, Inc. Donna is a Certified Sage Consultant and an expert in Sage 100 (Master Builder). She specializes in helping contractors uncover new financial opportunities and increase their revenue and profits.
Samantha has over 15 years of business management experience and is passionate about helping clients meet their financial and business goals. Having worked side-by-side with the top experts in the construction accounting industry, Samantha has well-rounded accounting and business management experience.
Peggy Wilson is an experienced bookkeeper and payroll expert specializing in a number of different areas, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, billing, cash flow and financial report preparation. She has a special knack for understanding client needs, which enables her to consistently build solid business relationships with On Track’s clients. Peggy has a true passion for bookkeeping and helping contractors increase their profits.
The newest member of the Management Team, Faith has made a name for herself specializing in higher level tasks such as union reporting, certified payroll compliance, IRS and EDD Audits, and creating custom reports and spreadsheets enabling our clients to analyze important business decisions. Faith is dedicated to helping clients meet their business goals and stay on top of laws and regulations.
Marisa brings over 10 years of administrative experience to On Track including 4 tax seasons as a due diligence processing clerk. She is committed to helping the team meet deadlines and improve efficiency.
Skilled in the customer service industry, Kelsie is passionate and dedicated to helping clients with their everyday software and accounting needs. Kelsie is an expert multi-tasker and problem solver and loves helping train others.
